These Terms and Conditions are issued by Victory Catering Supplies(VCS) Registered Company Number 04369161 at Holbrook Court, Cumberland Business Centre, Northumberland Road, Portsmouth PO5 1DS (no correspondence here) and apply to the entire contents of this web site under the domain names electrikcigarette.co.uk, electrikcigarette.com, electrikcigar.co.uk, electrikcigar.com (the "Website") and to any correspondence by e-mail between VCS and you.  By accessing the Website you are deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
